Our Mission

A Small Group is an intentional gathering that meets regularly with individuals who agree to be part of each other’s lives by consistently fellowshipping, studying the Bible, and serving together.

Our Mission encourages individuals to actively and engagingly be purposeful about their calling through:

  • Fellowshipping: Experience life with others. (Romans 12:10).
  • Bible Study: Go deeper in your faith and the Word of God. (Proverbs 27:17).
  • Service: Encourage others and bear one another’s burdens. (Galatians 6:2).

And ultimately by becoming a disciple who makes disciples. (Matthew 28:19-20).

Frequently Asked Questions

Small Groups are one of the best ways to connect, grow, and do life with others as followers of Jesus. These Grace Church small groups meet in homes or online and provide a welcoming space for community, Bible study, and prayer. Each group includes 3–10 people, led by caring leaders and hosts, and typically meets for 1.5 to 2 hours (online groups may be shorter). Light refreshments are often shared as part of the time together.

At Grace Church, we believe that community is at the heart of loving, growing, and serving one another. When we study God’s Word together in Small Groups, we grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and live out what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.

Some Grace Church Small Groups meet on weekday evenings, while others gather during the daytime. When you register, you’ll be able to view each group’s day, time, and location to find the one that best fits your schedule.

Grace Church Small Groups follow our class semester and teaching series schedule, running for 9–12 weeks during the fall, winter, and spring quarters. Some groups also continue meeting through the summer. Each semester, you can decide whether to stay with your current group, join a new one, or take a short break, though most groups choose to stay together throughout the year.

Each group has a different plan for childcare that works best for them. Please confirm when you register so your group host can plan accordingly.

Commitment is key for you and your group to grow together! Life happens, and allowances are made for sickness, vacation, work conflicts and special events. You can decide in the first three weeks whether your group is a good fit for you.
