Request a Room

We’re thrilled to see so much growth and connection happening at Grace Church throughout the week! If you’d like to plan an event, book a room, or reserve an information table, please complete the Facility Request Form below.

Before submitting your request, be sure to review our Facility Usage Policy for important details.

Once we receive your form, our Facility Scheduling Director will contact you within 2–3 business days to confirm your room assignment and any applicable fees. Room placements are determined based on group size, AV needs, special requirements, and availability.
