Dear Grace Family,

Thanks for all of your engagement in the conclusion of our GO week. I was so encouraged to hear how God moved through these various moments! I heard stories about folks feeling stirred to engage our local community, to raise money for missions, and to go themselves. Let’s continue to ask the Lord what’s next in our journey as we trust Him.

There are a number of exciting things happening around Grace that I’d like to highlight for you this week. It probably sounds trite to say it but it’s really fun to be on this journey with you.

This Sunday we begin a 3 week journey to Easter focusing on various stories in the gospels, snapshots of real people, places, and reactions to the way of Jesus and His Kingdom. Let’s move with anticipation towards this celebration as a Church family.

EASTER

Thanks for considering how you’ll invite folks to join us at Easter this year. We have services all weekend in Middleburg Heights and on Sunday at Olmsted Falls as well. We will be celebrating how Jesus truly changes everything through his death and resurrection. I also want to encourage you to consider being baptized that day. We still have spots available. If you’ve been hesitating or wondering if now is the time to follow Jesus in this step, I want to challenge you to take the risk and make this Easter unforgettable in your faith journey. Register here.

EROS

This Sunday, March 15th at 6 p.m. we launch EROS, a three-week sexuality conference created for students in grades 6–12 and their parents, designed to encourage honest, biblically grounded conversations around life, sexuality, and holiness. I’m speaking this Sunday night and would love to see you there. Whether you feel like you’re in the middle of this at home or trying to get ahead, please register and come!

Our students are bombarded with messages about sexuality all around them. Let’s not let culture, social media, or their friends be the leading voice–I’d rather hear what God has to say about all of this and make sure we are formed in a redemptive and helpful conversation and encounter with God himself.

Finally, thanks for praying with and for people who are going through difficult times in their lives. We certainly have much to pray for. There have been some who have lost loved ones recently. Thanks for remembering their families in prayer.

In this journey together,

Pastor Tim
