In the ancient world, salt was used as a preservative, it kept things from decay. We are the salt of the earth.

We support those who support others within the community by serving a nonprofit one day a month, supporting a different one each time.

Projects are open to anyone who desires to serve – all are welcome! Our desire is to support our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ by coming alongside the nonprofit in support, so they can do their work more effectively in the community.

Matthew 5:13-16

“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be trampled under people’s feet. “You are the light of the world. A city set upon a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” (ESV)

“I remember mentioning to Andrew about making the center’s boutique inviting for the clients. I told him about a church that had drop ceiling materials they were willing to give us. That was about the extent of our conversation. I was on a cruise and we docked at a port that I had connectivity on my phone. I went on Facebook and I saw a picture of our boutique with guys putting up a drop ceiling. I was so appreciative of their proactive service while I wasn’t even there. They took something off of my plate and made a beautiful place for our clients. I was blown away by this one act of kindness. Grateful for friends that take initiative and do something for others. Truly a blessing.”
