Rooms are assigned by the Facility Scheduling Director based on the number of attendees, AV equipment, special needs and availability.

Send form to the Facility Scheduling Coordinator.


After receipt of the Facility Request Form you will be contacted within two business days regarding a room assignment and fee (if applicable).
