November 21 2020 – Update from PJ + Mary
“So in retrospect, in 2015, not a single person got the answer right to, ‘Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?'”
So true, isn’t it?! That’s the theme of our 3-minute message today, which you can watch here. I hope it will encourage you!
With the recent spike in COVID numbers, and Cuyahoga County getting hit especially hard, the Elder team wants to make sure that we are caring for those around us by taking appropriate steps to reduce risks in our gatherings. We continue to sanitize our building between services with high-tech equipment, have extra filters in place on our HVAC system, and are blocking off every other row in our worship center to allow for social distancing. In addition, the Elder team is asking for compliance with these protective measures:
• A mask is required for all onsite activities at Grace, and at all times (except when drinking beverages).
• If you are not able to wear a mask due to medical reasons or are unwilling to wear a mask, we ask that you participate online instead of onsite.
• If you do come onsite, we will ask you to wear a mask; if you do not have a mask, we will offer one.
• If you are unable to wear a mask or choose not to wear a mask, we will ask you to leave the building and join us online.
Thankfully, technology allows anyone to engage in our worship services online, and we’ve had people from every state and 50+ countries doing that! If that works better for you, we’d love to have you join us on YouTube, Facebook, or live.gracecma.org.
If you are on Facebook, consider joining one or more of the many groups. You can check them out here.
Hope you have a great weekend! In these days of unsettledness, I continue to remind myself that…
