Urban Outreach

Urban Outreach

responding to needs by engaging in kingdom partnership with local ministries

There are millions of people right in our backyard who have deep emotional, social, and spiritual needs. We do Urban Outreach because we believe God has given the local church a unique opportunity to show them His love.

We Serve Team

The We Serve Team exists to respond to needs by engaging in Kingdom partnership with local ministries. We believe that the Great Commission, which calls us to go into the world and make disciples of all nations, is for every person! There are millions of people right in our backyard who have deep emotional, social, and spiritual needs and we believe that He’s giving us the privilege to show them his love. We want to create a community where people can serve together.

Serve Projects

Grace Church comes together to raise funds or collect items in support of our ministry partners, or to meet unique community needs in the form of service projects. Recent projects included a Loose Change for Life campaign and the donation of items to assemble care kits for the homeless.
