May 28, 2021 Note from PJ
A few years ago, while at a family wedding in Virginia, Mary and I walked through Arlington National Cemetery. We were sobered by the sight of memorial stones as far as our eyes could see. This weekend, we give thanks again for those who have sacrificed so that we can enjoy the freedom to live and worship in our country. And, take time to thank a veteran you know this weekend as well.
This current series, House of God, has been such an encouragement to me as I’ve prepared. I’m looking forward to giving the message this Sunday, focusing on one of the key elements to experiencing the power of Jesus in daily life.
Just a reminder that all of our services are mask-optional except for 9 AM at Middleburg. And, you can still invite others to join one of our worship services at live.gracecma.org, youtube.com/c/GraceCMAChurch, or facebook.com/gracecmachurch.
We’re grateful for all who have been giving so that our impact can grow, both locally and globally. The Lord sees every gift and promises to reward (Matthew 6:3-4; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8). Anyone can make an online gift here, or place a check in the black boxes at worship center doors.
Our next baptism service is June 13; we’d love to celebrate with you if you haven’t yet taken this step! Sign up here.
There are so many ways to connect at Grace. If you are on Facebook, we have lots of ministry groups you can join. You can check them out here.
Hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend!
