Fabulous Sour Cream Lemon Pie by Nanci Gravill

This pie I would consider a family recipe as my sister in Seattle used to make this. But last summer I found an even better recipe that has more lemon flavor than my sister’s. I even made tarts using the filling from this recipe for a ladies Christmas Tea I hosted last Christmas. The lemon flavor is just so wonderful, and you are even getting some Vitamin C from this too! Meyer lemons work really well. That’s what I use when they are in season. If you love anything lemon, you’ll love this pie!
