For ladies and teens of all fitness levels.
Come and join other gals as we strengthen our bodies, minds, and our walk with Christ. This hour promises to be a time of fun, fellowship, and a great workout! Free classes.
What to bring:
~ Exercise mat
~ 3-5 lb. weights
~ Water bottle
~ Stretch band
