Join us on Saturdays at 8:30-10am in Room 22.
For women and teens of all fitness levels. Come and join other women as we strengthen our bodies, minds, and our walk with Christ. This hour promises to be a time of fun, fellowship, and a great workout! Free classes.
What to bring:
~ Exercise mat
~ 3-5 lb. weights
~ Water bottle
~ Stretch band
