Christmas Store/Building Hope in the City – LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS
December 7 at 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
- This event has passed.
It’s Christmas Store season again at Building Hope in the City! We’re in need of 10-12 volunteers to help us the entirety of the day. (Volunteers must be able to spend the entire day with us, 7am-4pm. A shuttle will be provided from/back to Grace Church. Shuttle usage is not required. You may drive on your own but you must be able to be with us all day.)
Shuttle signups coming soon! Please check back.
Help bless urban families this Christmas season. This year, BHITC partners with Scranton Road Bible Church to serve invited families connected to both parties in the Clark-Fulton and Stockyards neighborhoods – which BHITC has targeted for its housing and community development efforts.
By combining efforts, the Christmas Store is expected to serve approximately 200 kids in the neighborhoods. We can use your help by donating new toys, board games, dolls and more. You can also shop the Christmas Store’s Amazon wishlist and ship toys directly to BHITC’s offices.
- VOLUNTEERING to make this event happen through set up of the store, pricing toys, working at the Store and tearing it down. Please access this LINK to signup!
- Toys can be mailed or dropped off at Building Hope in the City (2038 W. 29th St. – Cleveland OH 44113) Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4:00 pm, Nov. 1 to Dec. 2.
