Women join us on Wednesdays from 11am-12pm in Room 20, lower level, Grace Church, Middleburg Hts. Campus.
This class is for all women who have difficulty moving up and down from the floor. All exercises will be done in a sitting and standing format. Participants will be using resistance bands and small hand weights to increase their flexibility and muscle mass. Emphasis will be on balance and strength conditioning. The class is 1 hour in length and Spa like music will be provided. No experience is necessary!
Participants should bring in their own hand weights and dress in comfortable clothing which is not restrictive.
Anyone with health issues should consult their physicians prior to participation.
