A Note from PJ
Hi friend–
If you know a veteran, would you say a big “thanks” to them today? We can be so grateful to those who have sacrificed on behalf of our nation to protect its freedoms and security.
Lots happening these days, and I don’t want you to hear about these events after the fact!
- Christmas Craft Fair: you can browse over 225 vendors at our Middleburg campus, grab a freshly roasted coffee and some sweet baked goods, and enjoy the Soup Bistro. Our annual craft show ranks as one of the largest indoor craft shows in Ohio, with artwork and home goods, tapestry and clothing, ornaments, beadwork, candles, and lots more. It’s Friday (tomorrow) 3-9 pm, and Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm. The event benefits Grace Church’s Youth Ministry, helping them raise funds for their missions trips.
- Baptisms: we have 38 baptisms in our services this Sunday, always a highlight as we see–and hear–about life transformation. By the way, 5 more guys were baptized this past week at the Grace campus at Lorain Correctional! And, permission was just granted for a new initiative called Transformation Tables, small groups focused on character and leadership growth.
- “Half Time” with players on our favorite football team in Cleveland. 🙂 This Monday, November 14, 7 pm, at our Olmsted campus, we’ll welcome Wyatt Teller, Miller Forristal, and Jordan Kunasyzk; you can expect surprise guests as well. You and your guests will hear stories about their wins and losses as athletes, leading their families, and in their personal relationships with God. Tickets are just $5 and include dinner; click HERE to register for you and friends you want to invite.
- Ladies Latte will also be happening Monday night at the Middleburg campus. We’d love for you to come and bring a friend for a fun and inspirational evening!
Let’s ask the Lord for great impact this weekend! It’s so cool to see all the ways he is at work.
Grateful to be part of the family with you,
Jonathan
