Our goal for the gCLE residency is to create intentional environments 
that will catalyze the holistic development and strategic deployment of emerging leaders who are called to greater kingdom impact.

Each Resident is placed within a specific ministry focus, but will also receive a broad exposure to ministry in many ways.

Hands-on Experience

Ministry Exposure

Residents will be exposed to and grow in ministry tasks including Congregational Care, Discipleship, Evangelism, Event Coordination, Refugee Ministry, Teaching, Bible Study, etc. 

The Resident Experience

• Bible Study and Leadership Development
• Group and one-on-one meetings with coaches and residency directors

Ministry coaches walk alongside residents to help them process their experiences, guide them discerning their calling, and encourage them in their personal growth, and their journey with the Lord. Residents will also spend time together as a cohort, meeting regularly to discuss scripture readings, work through leadership curriculum, debrief ministry experiences, and pray together.


Residents begin in September, and continue their residency through the following May.
