Booking an Event...

To plan an event or to book a room or lobby table at Grace, please contact Cindy King (Facility Scheduling Director)

Please include the following items in your request:

1) Date, beginning time (including your set up time) through your clean up time

2) Number of people participating

3) Specific room if one is desired

Contact Cindy to see if there is a room available whether it is a one time event or a continuous event (i.e. weekly/monthly/bi-monthly).

We try to accommodate as many events as possible and are excited about all of the growth and fellowship here throughout the week! Since we are a very busy church, contact us as soon as possible to check availability. Once availability has been determined, complete a facility request form which can be obtained from the link below or church literature rack.

Once availability has been determined, follow these steps to book your event.

Step 1: Read the pdfFacility Usage Policy.

Step 2: View the pdfFacility Fee Schedule to see a list of rooms and rental cost.

Rooms are assigned by the Facility Scheduling Director based on the event attendance and special needs.

Step 3: Complete the pdfFacility Request Form, and send to the Facility Scheduling Director.

Once the Facility Request Form is received, you will be contacted to discuss room assignment and fee (if applicable).
