LATIN FITNESS

This class (similar to Zumba) fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an exciting hour of calorie-burning for long-term benefits! Also includes a short devotional while we cool down. For women of all ages. Tuesdays, 6:30-7:45 pm.

STRENGTH TRAINING AND TONING

Ladies and teens of all fitness levels, join other gals as we strengthen our bodies, minds and our walk with Christ. This hour promises to be a time of fun, fellowship and a great workout! Bring an exercise mat, 3-5 lb. weights, stretch band, water bottle, and a smile to share. Saturdays, 8:30-9:45 am.

BREATHING WITH MOVEMENT

This low impact class is built on the fundamentals of both Pilates and yoga. Linking your breath to your movement will help build your core strength, strengthen your lower back, and increase your flexibility throughout your body. Both Christian music and secular music will be used. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Mondays, 7:00 pm.
