Winter Women’s Bible Classes:

Saturday 9:30am

Saturday Morning Women’s Bible Study - Rm. 35 (Ongoing)
Teacher:  Marsha Durken Hallin

The Saturday Morning Women’s Bible Study meets every Saturday from 9:30-11:30 (except holiday weekends) in room 35 on the lower level.

We are currently reading through sections of the Old Testament. We will be studying those passages/stories that 1) foreshadow the life, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord, 2) may be pre-incarnate appearances of Jesus, and 3) demonstrate the consistency of God’s love, compassion, patience, and justice from the Old Testament, through the New Testament, and on through our own lives today.

We are growing in our faith, our trust, and our understanding of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We invite you to join us.

For more information, or if you have questions,

please contact: Marsha Durken Hallin

Forgiveness: Received by God, Extended to Others - Rm. 30 (Starts January 2)
Teacher: Amanda Gray

When someone has offended us, the temptation to not forgive is great. But the roots of unforgiveness and bitterness can grow deep in the human soul. This eight-session Bible study guides readers to biblical forgiveness and spiritual transformation. Each chapter includes five daily lessons for each weekday, concluding with a “Pause for Quiet”, “Reflection” and “Apply It Personally” section. At the end of each week’s readings is a section for small groups with discussion questions, Bible passages to read together, ways to share with one another, prayer time, and activities.

Jonah: Navigating a Life Interrupted - Rm. 30 (Starts January 9)

Teachers: Melinda Jones & Georgia StevensonWhat do we do when God interrupts our lives? Many times, like Jonah, we run! In this 7-session Bible study, Priscilla Schirer redefines interruption and shows that interruption is actually God’s invitation to do something beyond our wildest dreams.
