STRENGTH TRAINING AND TONING

Saturdays at 8:30-9:45 am in Room 22.

Strength Training and Toning is for women of all fitness levels, ages teen and above.
 
Strength training is an essential partner in our fitness & health - come join other women as we strengthen our bodies, minds and our walk with Christ.  
 
What to Bring:
Exercise mat, stretch band, 3-5 lb. weights and a water bottle

WALKING MATTERS

Join Lumar Vargas and Michelle Petonic for a bi-weekly 6-week group this summer. Starts on June 19th. This Bible study/walking group is for women desiring to seek the Lord with others and improve or maintain their physical health. We meet at Global Grounds, Grace Church and then walk. Wednesdays, 11am-12:30pm (Fellowship/Bible Study 45 min., Walk 45 min.). Walk dates: June 19th, July 3rd, July 17th, July 31st, August 14th, August 28th
