Dawn is passionate about God's Word and desires to share that zeal with women of all ages. She loves to teach others to walk in faith while discovering God’s fingerprints through the application and revelation of His Word.

In her role, she uses the weekly sermon to design curriculum for the congregation and also trains small group leaders on the BEREAN Method; a method she designed to help leaders dig deeper in God’s Word.

Prior to joining the Grace staff team as a Curriculum Writer for the Small Groups Ministry, Dawn was involved in various ministry opportunities including speaking and teaching at women’s events like Simply Worship, MUM’s, and Alliance Women’s Weekend. Over the years, Dawn has designed and taught lessons, devotionals, and curriculum both academic and Bible-based, and has created VBS curriculum complete with daily skits, hand-crafted costumes, teacher devotionals, and song lyrics for Children’s Ministry.

Dawn and her husband James have been married for 30 years, have nine awesome kids, and two beautiful daughters-in-law. She likes nothing better than to hang out with them all, preferably while watching them play rugby. She holds a bachelor's degree in Education from The Ohio State University.
